This program helps Project Managers develop insight into behaviours, personalities and preferences, and how these influence project outcomes.


Duration: 1.5 days with a one week break in between days


Number of participants: 8 per session

    • Preparation work including detailed personality profiling
    • An overview of key behaviours needed for Project Manager success
    • An exploration of Project Manager stress and its impact on behaviours
    • Group coaching and project presentations
    • The opportunity to practice and reinforce new skills with video review

    • Action planning and buddy follow-up


Learning outcomes: after this course, your Project Managers will:

 

    • understand personality and communication styles and their impact on relationships and project outcomes;
    • communicate more effectively and with greater impact; and
    • more confidently manage behaviours in stressful situations.
