This is a targeted behavioural learning program focused on the development of effective leadership behaviours to maximise project team effectiveness.

 

Duration: 1.5 days with a one week break in between days


Number of participants: 8 per session


Course includes:

 

    • Preparation work including a ‘Team Leadership Assessment’
    • An overview of key behaviours needed for Project Manager success
    • An exploration of Project Managers as leaders and working with teams
    • Group coaching and team leadership scenarios
    • The opportunity to practice and reinforce new skills with video review
    • Action planning and buddy follow-up 
       

 

Learning outcomes: after this course, your Project Managers will:

 

    • understand the key behaviours needed for effective project team leadership;
    • expand their leadership behaviour repertoire; and
    • better manage different work styles of team members.
