This is a targeted behavioural learning program focused on the development of effective leadership behaviours to maximise project team effectiveness.
Duration: 1.5 days with a one week break in between days
Number of participants: 8 per session
Course includes:
- Preparation work including a ‘Team Leadership Assessment’
- An overview of key behaviours needed for Project Manager success
- An exploration of Project Managers as leaders and working with teams
- Group coaching and team leadership scenarios
- The opportunity to practice and reinforce new skills with video review
- Action planning and buddy follow-up
Learning outcomes: after this course, your Project Managers will:
