Our Assessment Centres combine a suite of psychometric tests, surveys, behavioural interviews and role-plays
- Psychometric tests: a range of personality questionnaires and ability tests. At Acuity, we select the best tools for the specific needs of your business.
- Behavioural Interviews: very structured interviews which probe candidates’ past experiences to identify actions and reactions to various situations. This tool is based on the principle that past behaviour is a good indicator of future behaviour.
- 360 Degree Surveys: using key behaviours identified in the profile, team members’ managers, colleagues and customers are asked the extent to which these behaviours have been displayed.
- Role-plays: otherwise known as ‘Critical Incident Scenarios’, participants are required to role play real life, role specific scenarios. All role-plays are uniquely designed to take into account the superior performer profiles that have been determined for your team members.
